eCounsel is a total practice management system designed exclusively for today’s corporate legal department. Optimized for Web access, eCounsel provides the technological framework to help you decide how legal dollars, time, and people are best managed. eCounsel is optimized to handle a large distributed corporate environment spanning multiple offices, cities, and continents.

eCounsel has a great deal of flexibility; it can be configured system-wide, by individual users, and by user groups. We call it preferenceable. Data entry screens can be customized, relabeled, and even hidden to meet your organization’s unique requirements. This Help system outlines eCounsel’s default configuration. Because of eCounsel’s flexibility, your system configuration may differ from that described in this Help system.
