Additional detail: Key Personnel can now take action on routing slips by updating the status of the slip, given that an administrator user has granted them appropriate permissions. Previously, users were only able to view routing slips. See the Routing Slips page in the Self-Service User Guide for Key Personnel for further detail. Administrators can configure viewing and editing permissions for Key Personnel users at any point in the routing slip process. See the Creating Matter Routing Slips page in the Administrator Help for further detail.
Enhancement: Key Personnel users can view additional information fields when they are creating, editing, submitting, or viewing self-service portal requests.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-9487
Additional detail: Key Personnel users can now see the Outside Counsel assigned to their matters, as well as matters they have access to view matter documents. See the Submit a New Request page in the Self-Service User Guide for Key Personnel for further detail.
Enhancement: Key Personnel can select document categories from a drop-down list when submitting New Requests.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-9373
Additional detail: See the Submit a New Request page in the Self-Service User Guide for Key Personnel for further detail. Administrators should see the Document Categories page in the Administrator Help for further detail on how to add and edit the document categories.
Enhancement: Without needing legal department permissions, Key Personnel users have the ability to search, access, and view matter documents on matters they have access to.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-9386, 7738
Additional detail: This applies to matter documents that a Key Personnel user has uploaded to self-service portal requests and to matters created from that request. See the Submit a New Request or the Quick Find Search page in the Self-Service User Guide for Key Personnel for further detail.
Enhancement: Key Personnel users can opt into receiving email notifications whenever the status of their submitted requests is changed to Accepted or Rejected.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-9371
Additional detail: This enhancement allows for Key Personnel users to receive updates without having to log into the application. This setting is turned off by default, but can be located on the Key Personnel user's settings screen. When opted in, the email address registered to the Key Personnel user will be sent external notifications from Lawtrac. See the Manage Messages or Settings pages in the Self-Service User Guide for Key Personnel for further detail.
Lawtrac Administrator Enhancements
Enhancement: A username now displays in the Username field in the Site Access sub-screen section on the in-house user record page.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-8088
Additional detail: the "Site Access" sub-screen of an in-house user record to display the current username of the user record that is being viewed. This happens when the Username field is updated and the user clicks Set Credentials. See the Editing Personal Information page in the Lawtrac Help for further detail.
Enhancement: Administrators are unable to delete invoices that were submitted to Lawtrac from Collaborati.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-10954
Additional detail: See the Delete Invoice page in the Lawtrac Help for further detail.
Enhancement: Administrators can grant any user permission to see all matter records in the system.

The All Matter Records permission is disabled by default, but can easily be enabled to grant any user the ability to see all matter records in the system. Enhancement: Users can define and add Invoice Handlers (IH) on a matter's Alternate Approval Chain.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-10594
Additional detail: Previous to this enhancement, users could already define up to 5 invoice approvers. This enhancement allows users to define up to two IH for the approval chain in any combination. See the Matter Default Invoice Approval page in the Lawtrac Help for further detail.
Enhancement: Any invoices submitted with taxes will be automatically rejected.
Tracking Code: LTCOL-4491
Additional detail: This applies to invoices that were manually entered or LEDES file uploads. This behavior excludes invoices with an invoice line item for taxes using a custom client code. See the Rejected Invoices page in the Lawtrac Help for further detail.
