The Lobby provides a holding area in Suite for items that must be reviewed before action is taken. These items or notices are typically imported from third-party vendors or service providers, but can be internal to Suite (such as the Restricted Entity Edits process provider). After identifying a service provider, you must schedule Suite to query the service provider periodically for new data, then specify the users that will receive notices of the new data. A notice can be in the form of an e-mail and/or a notice in the Lobby widget on the home page of the applicable Suite application.
