Making a Lookup Code Historical

Making a lookup code historical causes it to no longer appear as a selection in the dropdown list for the corresponding field. Existing records that used these lookup codes will not be affected.

To Make a Lookup Code Inactive:

  1. Open Suite Manager.
  2. On the Suite Manager control panel, click the icn_Lookups Lookups component in the System Configuration area.
  3. On the Lookups window, select a category for the lookup code.
  4. Right-click on the lookup code and select Edit.
  5. On the Lookup Code dialog box, click on the Historical checkbox to select it.
  6. Click Save.
