After creating a new user-defined field to appear in Suite, you can customize and/or modify the user-defined field.
To Edit a User-defined Field:
- Open Suite Manager.
- On the Suite Manager control panel, click the User Fields component in the System Configuration area.
- On the User Fields window, select an existing field.
- Click Edit.
- On the User Field Information dialog box, make changes as needed.
Use caution when modifying a user field. If data has already been entered for the field, changing certain properties (such as the tab or type) may cause adverse effects.
- Click Save and Close.
