Opening Tasks

Synced tasks can be opened in Outlook without having to open the Suite application. For information on working with tasks in Suite, refer to the Calendar section in the Secretariat User’s Guide or the eCounsel User’s Guide.

To open a task in Microsoft Outlook:

  1. Click the Tasks icon located at the bottom of the navigation pane in Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click Tasks in the navigation pane. The tasks will appear in the preview pane.
  3. Double-click any task in the preview pane to open it in a new window.
