Tasks
After a task is created in eCounsel or Secretariat, it appears in the Microsoft Outlook task list for the assigned users, complete with scheduled reminders and any matter or entity associated with the task.
If a user is unassigned from a task, the task still appears in the Outlook task list for that user. When the user opens the task, a message explains that they have been unassigned from that task or that the task no longer appears in the source application.
