Converting Prospects into Clients

Future clients of a law firm are known as Prospective Clients. INSZoom has the option to retain their details in the application database.

First, head to the 'Prospects' tab in the main left menu. If the prospective client type is a corporation, select 'Prospective Corporation'. If it's an individual, select 'Prospective Individual':

To convert this prospect into a client, click 'Accept as Client'. From there, you'll need to specify the client type (Family vs Employment) and the Corporation if they are employment-based:
