Adding Alternate Name Information

Secretariat allows you to track any alternate name(s) used by an entity.

To Add Alternate Name Information:

  1. Open the Entities module and add a new entity or edit an entity record.
  2. In the Entities Edit Mode, click the Names tab.
  3. Click on the Alternate Names tab.
  4. Click the New button.
  5. Enter the alternate name in the text box.
  6. Enter the appropriate dates or click to select a date from the popup calendar.
  7. Click Save.
