How do I check the status of an outstanding rate request?

To check if your rates have been approved, you can review the Rate Request details on the following screen:

  • Hover over “Timekeepers” in the top menu bar
  • Click “Rate Requests”
  • Click on the Rate Request name to review the details

OR check the Rates from the Client’s page

  • Click “Clients” in the top menu bar.
  • Click on the “$” on the left navigation menu (Rates) (see below)
