How do I check the status of an outstanding rate request?
To check if your rates have been approved, you can review the Rate Request details on the following screen:
- Hover over “Timekeepers” in the top menu bar
- Click “Rate Requests”
- Click on the Rate Request name to review the details
OR check the Rates from the Client’s page
- Click “Clients” in the top menu bar.
- Click on the “$” on the left navigation menu (Rates) (see below)
