Add Reports to your Favorites List

 

INSZoom has a large collection of predefined reports. These reports are categorized and listed in the left menu of the 'Reports' section and can also be added to a favorites list so that the user can find the report without searching for it. The favorite report list can also be added to the Zoomboard for quick access.

 

First, navigate to 'Reports' >> 'Reports 1.0' in the main left menu. Once in the reports module, find the report you would like to add and click on the add to favorites (Star under Tools) icon:

 

In the pop-up you can change the name or description of the report and add it to your 'Favorites' list:

 

To add the 'Favorite Reports' box to your Zoomboard:

From your Zoomboard screen, click on the gear (settings) icon.

The 'Add/Remove Zoomboard Items' pop-up window will appear. Scroll down and select ‘Favorite Reports.’ Once you click ‘Save,' the Favorite Reports box will appear on your Zoomboard:
