Altering Forms or Questionnaires in a Petition Template

After creating a petition, follow the below steps to customize the template that is already in the Knowledge Base:

  1. First, head to the 'Setup' and select 'Knowledge Base'.
  2. Find/select the petition you want to make changes to.
  3. Once inside the petition, you can select the left-menu items to make any changes.
  4. For forms, select 'Form(s)'  and perform any required action (e.g. linking new forms, removing forms, copying forms from another petition, editing titles, etc.).
  5. Same thing to change questionnaires.
