This article will guide you on how to create firm-defined petitions statuses that can be used within your cases.

Add/Create a New Case Status

Note: This feature doesn't disable the current system defined Case Status - Open/Approved/Closed. All status created/added through the below process will be captured under the case page in Status & Reminders/Steps.

 

First, navigate to Knowledge Base ('Setup' >> 'Knowledge Base') then click on 'Petition Status Templates' under the 'Other Templates' section:

 

Next, click 'Add New' and add the template info and click 'Save':

To use the new case status, find the case you want to update, select 'Status & Reminders/Steps' in the left menu, select 'Change Status' and find your new case status:
