The below instructions will guide you on how to add a new Client Type/Category on Knowledgebase.
Add Client Type/Category
Client categories can be used to differentiate the types of clients an organization encounters. These are captured in the Prospects Module.
- First, navigate to 'Setup' and select 'Knowledge Base'.
- Click on 'Client Categories' under the 'Other Templates' section.
- Click on 'Add New Category' and enter the new category name.
- Now, when you create a new prospective client or revisit an existing one, you can choose the 'Client Type' to add to their profile.
