Collaborati 3.10 Release Notes

This page details the release information for the Collaboriati 3.10 release. Information includes: System Requirements, Feature Enhancements and Changes, Resolved Issues, and Known Issues.

 

System Requirements

Collaborati 3.10 is compatible with the following products:

  • All versions of TeamConnect and CSM
  • Lawtrac 4.1 (and later 4.x releases)
  • LawManager 6.5
  • eCounsel 8.10 and later 8.x releases

Collaborati 3.10 is supported on the following browsers  

  • Mozilla Firefox (Latest Version)
  • Google Chrome (Latest Version)
  • Internet Explorer (Version 11 or later)

 

Feature Enhancements 

The following items are changes or enhancements built into Collaborati 3.10. Each issue is documented in the following format:

  • A description of the enhancement

Enhancement: Multiple firms (that should actually be a single firm) can now be merged/combined into a selected default firm under the new Unified Login Structure.

Enhancement: A “matter number” column has been added to the Rate Upload sheet to enable users to submit matter-level rates via a CSV file. The older version of spreadsheets will still work within Collaborati as well.

Enhancement: The link for “View Adjustment Summary” no longer appears on Invoices that have not had adjustments applied to it.

Enhancement: Collaborati will now display text when a Billing Office does not have any associated clients when manually creating Invoices for additional clarity, as opposed to blank drop-down boxes.

Enhancement: Firm records within Collaborati can accommodate up to 5 contact email addresses. The sync from CSM to Collaborati can successfully send and receive multiple email addresses on the Firm Record.

Additional Information: Each email address after the main entry will be labeled with Additional Email # and will have a show/hide option.

 

Resolved Issues

The following clien-reported issues have been resolved in the Collaborati 3.10 release. Each issue is documented in the following format:

Issue: A Timekeeper ID column is now included when exporting information from the Timekeeper page to an Excel document, PDF, or when using the Print feature.

Issue: Resolved an issue where clicking the copy button multiple times (due to network slowness) creates multiple copies of the invoice with the same Invoice Number.

Issue: Resolved discrepancies when copying an Invoice with a Line Item Tax and Discount.

Issue: Fee lines were being rounded to 4 decimals rather than 2 decimals in cases where Expense line item rounding was defined to 4 decimals.

Issue: While using the Firm Merge tool, there is currently no way to track a user’s original firm once the merge is completed.
