Enhancement: For M-Admins, new System Features setting page to enable/disable features from the UI.

Additional Information: 

• The Sender address need to be placed on the top left and text "Invoice" on top right in the following fonts and colors
• The Bill to, Details and Description should now be placed below this detail
• Followed by the overall invoice summary and then attachments
• Below this will be the fees, expenses and total details
• Below the fees, expenses and total details will be the line item details
• Header row and fees, expenses and total need to have a light gray background color applied, i.e. #f9f9f9
• The font colour is same as in the current page, i.e. #0d2133
• The fee tax rates and expense tax rates should be aligned with the above table's content as shown in the mock-up.
