Enhancements 

Vendor Risk Assessment (VRA) Master Template 

Exciting updates have been made to the Edit VRA Master Template module. 

The user now has enhanced visibility into the version history and audit log for the Vendor Risk Assessment (VRA) system template. Starting today, all changes to the draft template will be logged and each new implemented template will be available as a PDF. Starting the next time a draft template is implemented, the visibility of pending draft changes will be enhanced as described below.

The user interface now includes the following new features: 

  • Implement button: Allows users to confirm the latest changes made in the draft template. A popup message is displayed, listing the modifications made in the VRA template. 

  • Reset to current VRA in use: Now provides confirmation of the changes that will be discarded if the user reverts to the current template. 

  • Show Draft Changes: A new toggle button (Yes/No) allows users to display or hide a callout on the most recent modifications. Red exclamation marks are added along with the tooltip (“Changes pending implementation”) to indicate the modified areas. These marks are also present in the VRA Master Template Scoring Parameter screen. 

The following new sections have been incorporated: 

  • Version History: Displays the details of the audit trail and changelog columns, including Area, Item, Action, Changes, Date, and User on a screen and listed from newest (top) to oldest (bottom) on the screen. Additionally, a Download PDF button is available to download a copy of each past template. 

  • Report: Displays the version history in the PDF format. 

Draft Template changes 

When viewing the draft template via the Print/Review button, pending changes will now be highlighted for ease of comparison with the current template. The draft template header is enhanced by incorporating the DRAFT TEMPLATE label and the key accompanied by the color coding. The colors yellow, green, blue, and red are used to highlight the complete questions and components of questions (answer, answer score, collaboration group, vendor class, or question text) to indicate the changes that have been implemented. 

The modified values of Scoring parameters, BIA Parameters, Adjust Risk Score Thresholds, Adjust Risk Threshold Labels, and Expirations values are displayed at the top of the pdf along with the labeled text.

Report Updates 

Two new Standard Reports have been added: Document Deletions and VRP Locked/Approved Log. These reports are to track a log of archived documents and hard-deleted documents, and to display the locked/approved log history for the VRP, respectively. These reports are available in both PDF and Excel format. 

There have been changes to the reporting for the Vendor Relationship Profile (VRP) as follows: 

  • A history log is created along with the PDF when a user makes any changes and locks them. 

  • VRP Collaboration Completion Date column field is newly added to display the VRP completion date. 

The Export Data and Query reports have had a column name updated from “Last Modified Date” to “Last Modified Date (Contract Term)” to clarify the meaning of the displayed data. 

A new column called Vendor Management Officer(s) (VMO) has been added after the Expiration Date in the Upcoming PCM Expirations report (PCM - Policy Compliance Matrix). 

Also, the report has been updated to show the Vendor Name and Contract Name in separate columns to make filtering easier. 

User Interface or Functionality Changes 

Updated the user interface by adding the following functionalities: 

  • Two new columns are added: Record ID and Vendor Name on the Archive Document Search page under the Tools. Both are updated for better sorting capabilities. 

  • Vendor Documents now have two new categories of notifications available. Based on the template settings, a configured user can now receive the emails for Document Expired and Document is Expiring (within 45 days of expiry date).
