Problem:  Information in the "Other Jobs" section in the Employment tab of the Individual record is not populating the ETA 9089 form Paper Version. Solution: The PERM form found in the PERM tab of the process record is the "Form Prep screen" for the ETA 9089 Paper Version. In order for Previous Work Experience to map to the ETA-9089:  1. Go to the PERM process, click on the PERM tab, and edit the PERM form. 2. Go to page 7 which is the Alien Work Experience section, and select each applicable previous work experience. 3. Click Save and Continue or Save and Exit. 4. Open your ETA 9089 Paper Version form, click the Refresh icon, and verify that the previous work experience mapped.
