Information entered for the individual record is not mapping to the G-28 form for an AOS with Petitioner process

There is no provision for data mapping to the G-28 form for the process AOS with Petitioner because the Class Type is "Other".  For a family-based AOS process, you can use the AOS process template which has a Class type of "Family".
