How to Reset or Update E-Verify Training Scores

This shows how a client admin can reset the E-Verify training or update the training score.

Goal

Users with access to E-Verify must complete an E-Verify training test. However, at times it may be necessary to reset a user's training or change their final score. Below are steps to reset a training and to manually update the E-Verify training score.

Steps to Reset a User's E-Verify Training

  1. Log in as a client admin.
  2. Search for the user whose training you wish to reset and go to the Training section. Note: This training information will only appear if the user has attempted to complete the training.

  3. Click the green "Reset" button.

  4. Confirm that you do wish to reset their training.

Note: if you reset the Training in error you may click the red "Cancel Reset", and then confirm you want to cancel the reset to restore their most resent training and score.

Steps to Update a User's E-Verify Training Score

  1. Log in as a client admin.
  2. Search for the user whose E-Verify training score you want to update and go to the Training section. Note: This training information will only appear if the user has attempted to complete the training.

  3. Update the Test Score and Test Score Date. Note: If Test Score Date is not entered, the test score will not be updated.
  4. Click "Update".
