How to Export a List of Users
This shows how a client admin can export a list of users.
Goal
A client admin can export the list of users into an Excel spreadsheet by following the below steps:
Export All Records to Excel
This spreadsheet contains user information needed to create a user account and other information, such as when the credentials emailed were last sent or when the user last logged in.
- Select Manage Users under the Admin Control Panel.
- If you would like the spreadsheet to contain inactive users, uncheck the "Hide Inactive Users" option.
- Click on "Export All Records to Excel".
Export User Security Report to Excel
This spreadsheet contains basic user information and security information by worksite.
- Select Manage Users under the Admin Control Panel.
- If you would like the spreadsheet to contain inactive users, uncheck the "Hide Inactive Users" option.
- Click on "Export User Security Report to Excel".
