What's New? 

Unified User Account Enhancements (Client Admin + I-9 Manager) 

Building upon the Client Admin + I-9 Manager Account enhancement introduced in the previous release, Tracker I-9 now expands support across Employee Profile assignments, SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO), and user reporting. 

Unified user accounts can now be assigned as Employee Profile I-9 Managers, provisioned through SAML 2.0 SSO, and included in the User Export, Client Admin Export, User Security Report, and User Training Report. Reports and exports have been updated to include additional Unified User Account information, including Account Type and I-9 Manager Role, along with updated field names to provide a more consistent user management and reporting experience.

Bug Fixes 

  • Fixed an issue where the Create I-9 API returned a generic error message instead of field-specific validation errors when invalid data was provided. 
  • Fixed an issue where exporting I-9 record attachments for multiple I-9 records resulted in an "Unable to export the I-9 Record Attachments" error, and the error report did not identify the file that caused the export failure.
