The following matrix represents the third party software products support with each release of TeamConnect(6.2 and further). Third party software includes application servers, databases, browser version and so on.

Third Party Support Guidelines

To access the Third Party Software Support matrix for older versions(prior to 6.3) of TeamConnect, refer to TCE4_to_6.2 and TCE6.2 to TCE6.3

Important: OpenJDK 11 will reach its end of life in October 2024. This impacts only on-prem clients that have opted to use openJDK 11. Read more on OpenJDK 11 EOL Remediation.

Note:

Sisense does not support Microsoft Edge. While Mitratech has tested the TeamConnect Business Intelligence with Microsoft Edge, Mitratech cannot be responsible for supporting any issues that occur.
Sisense 8.2 and Sisense 8.2.1 supports Java 1.8 (We recommend to use certified JVMs like Oracle and OpenJDK only.)
SAML 2.2.1 is backward compatible with SAML 2.0
SOP has two different vendors(CT and CSC) to integrate with, and both are included with the module.
In certain OpenJDK versions, previously packaged font libraries are no longer included. As a result, the "Export to Excel" functionality may no longer be operational. To resolve this issue, please install fontconfig, libfreetype6, and dejavu-sans-fonts. You can find the instructions on how to install the extra font packages on the following page.
Cloud-hosted platforms (Azure / AWS): TeamConnect is not tested or certified on cloud-hosted infrastructure platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). While TeamConnect may function in these environments, Mitratech does not support issues arising from the use of cloud-managed application servers, database servers, or JDK environments. Customers choosing to run TeamConnect on Azure or AWS do so at their own discretion, and Mitratech cannot be responsible for supporting any issues that occur.
OS clarification: The client operating system does not impact TeamConnect Enterprise compatibility. Only the application server is relevant for server-side certification. Mitratech supports the application servers listed in the matrix, regardless of the underlying OS on which they are deployed.
Containers: TeamConnect has not been tested or certified in containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Mitratech cannot be responsible for supporting issues that occur in container-based deployments.
