At Mitratech, we are continually improving security and expanding the scope of our compliance programs.

On March 7th, 2022, at 3:00 PM CT, to provide the best-in-class encryption to our clients for data in transit, we will be retiring Transport Layer Security (TLS) versions 1.0 and 1.1 and instead begin obligating a minimum of TLS version 1.2 only. This move to TLS 1.2 is to ensure that our service is secure by default and in alignment with what the rest of the industry is moving to.

Please note, this same change will be made to Collaborati Stage and Test on February 21, 2022, at 3:00 PM CT.

To avoid any service impact, please make sure that your Collaborati client applications (Please reference Appendix 1 for details) or anything that uses CSM Sync (and their dependencies) are updated and configured to support TLS 1.2, and are able to connect using one of the following cipher suites:

In order to support these, the minimum Java JDK version you must be using is 1.7_161 or above (or any version of 1.8).

If your organization has already taken the necessary steps to migrate away from TLS 1.0 and 1.1, you can safely disregard this message.

If you wish to test or validate before the change is implemented, we have created a temporary testing URL which connects to Collaborati Stage. The URL is below and will be valid for testing purposes only. Please do not change your settings to permanently use this URL as it will stop working on March 7th 2022.
