Moving from the Office Suite Plugin to the Outlook Add-in
If you're currently using the Office Suite plugin and planning to transition to the Outlook add-in, this guide will help you understand the key differences, improvements, and what to expect in terms of feature changes. The Outlook add-in is built on the latest Microsoft technology, offering a more stable, secure, and seamless experience.
Note: To avoid potential issues, using the Office Suite Plug-in (for Outlook) and the TeamConnect O365 Add-in at the same time is not supported. It is strongly recommended to uninstall the older Plug-in before installing the Add-in.
If you accidentally use the Plugin again, stop using it and generate/upload another datastore file.
