InvoiceIQ Release Notes

1 Release Summary

• A powerful upgrade to the InvoiceIQ module, introducing version 3.0 with enhanced performance, security, and standardized API endpoints for future scalability. Clients benefit from a smooth upgrade path to version 4.0, ensuring minimal disruption and preserved configurations. 
• The Pandora integration is now more flexible with updated endpoints and environment toggling. License management has been streamlined, and rule logic refined for more consistent automation. 
• Enhanced license validation and rule logic ensure more reliable automation, while new tools like the Historic batch prediction and Flagged Line Item sync job empower users with deeper insights and better data control.

2 System Requirements

• InvoiceIQ 3.0.0 - Compatible with TeamConnect Enterprise 7.2 or earlier.
• InvoiceIQ 4.0.0 - Compatible with TeamConnect Enterprise 8.0 or later.

3 Installation

1. Login to TeamConnect® as an administrator.
2. Click the Admin tab, then click the Admin Settings from the left pane.
3. In the left pane, click the About link.
4. In the Available Updates section, click the Show updates available for installed products button.
5. From the list of available updates, locate InvoiceIQ and click Install Now button.
6. Once the module is installed, restart your TeamConnect Instance.  Do not start working on settings until the application has been restarted.  The restart is needed to create the InvoiceIQ settings record.
7. Restart your TeamConnect® instance.
8. After the restart, add the appropriate users to the InvoiceIQ Admin group.

4 Enhancements/Improvements

The following items are the enhancements and improvements made in the TeamConnect  InvoiceIQ release. Each item is documented in the following format:

Enhancement : Upgraded IIQ module to v3.0 with performance, security, and compatibility enhancements; all API endpoints migrated to /v3 for consistency and future scalability.

Enhancement : Established a smooth upgrade path for clients transitioning from IIQ versions 2.1 and 3.0 to 4.0. This ensures compatibility, preserves client configurations, and minimizes disruption during the upgrade process.

Enhancement : Updated Pandora endpoints to current URLs, added test training endpoint to the table for easier access, and introduced a checkbox in IIQ settings to toggle between prod/test environments.

Enhancement : Added conditional API key license validation, and enhanced rule logic to ensure transitions from 'Nothing → Any' and 'Any → Nothing' consistently trigger rule execution.

Enhancement : Removed private and test license types from the IIQ module; logic now streamlined to support only PUBLIC_SHARED and READ_ONLY licenses, with PUBLIC_SHARED as the default for most clients.

Enhancement : A new 'Flagged Line Item' sync job is now available in Job Manager.
Description: Introduced flagging capability for line items via the client validation set screen and invoice view. Flagged items update category/bucket and are sent to Chiron for prioritized review during data acceptance.

Enhancement : Enabled clients to run predictions on already-posted invoices via Historic batch tool. Historical predictions can be initiated one year at a time, moving backward from the client’s InvoiceIQ go-live date.

Enhancement : Once the module is installed and the IID Admin Group is assigned to a user, they will be able to see the button to flag line items.

5 Resolved Issues

Issue : Removed all void-related logic from the IIQ module including invoice rules, sync objects, REST methods, and custom messages, along with updates to the sync details screen.

6 Known Issues

Issue: The Screen Reader is currently unable to read the text within dropdown menus on the Sync Details page.

Issue: Users are currently unable to access the Search Filter and Flag Line Item button using keyboard navigation on the Review Recent Line Item page. The same accessibility issue is observed on the Flagged Line Items page.

Issue: Users are automatically logged out of the instance upon executing the MitraCode Rules Projected Savings report.
