Product Enhancements

Enhancement: API Endpoint to Query Archived Records
Additional Information: A new API endpoint has been added that will allow a user to query the database for a list of TAP records that have been archived. For more information on the TAP API, click here.

Enhancement: Allow Workflow ID/Name To Be Added To Form Field
Additional Information: Workflow ID/Name can now be added to a form field through form mapping. When setting up a form mapping rule, Workflow ID/Name is now selectable as the child value. Note: Workflow ID/Name value is only available after the workflow has been saved for the first time, or the first stage has been submitted. For more information on Form Mapping, click here.

Enhancement: Document Field Type - Set Borders For Document
Additional Information: When using the Document Field Type, users can now specify the borders and margins for the document that will be generated. These settings can be found under the field options on the right hand side of the screen after selecting the Document Field on your form. For more information on the Document Form Field, click here.

Issue: Data not getting captured unless "Submit even if the value is hidden" is checked

Expected Result: Workflow specific; Field was not saving unless ‘Submit Even If Hidden’ was checked in conditions. Workflow will now save value even if that box is not checked on condition, as long as conditions for ‘Show’ are met.

Expected Result: Two-Stage workflows where a single stage submits to a ‘Complete’ stage will no longer trigger default notifications. Notifications will only send if one is configured on the relationship leading into the ‘Complete’ stage.
