New Features
Dashboard 2.0: We’ve added a few new features to our workflow Dashboard and revamped the UI to allow for a more streamlined user experience. Here’s a rundown of the new functionality:
Bulk Actions: A new checkbox has replaced the ‘...’ actions dropdown. Users can now check each record that they would like to take a specific action on, and take that action on multiple records at a time. Once a record has been checked, an Actions Bar will display at the bottom of the screen. Users can then select the action that they would like to take on all checked records. For certain actions such as Edit, View History, Edit Request, and Documents, a new popup window has been created to facilitate bulk actions. The style and color of the actions bar can be updated in the Theming section of your admin page. For more information about the TAP Workflow Dashboard, visit our success center page.
Updated View Manager/Editor: You can now pre-order and pin your dashboard view columns when creating or updating a view. When adding columns in the view editor popup, simply drag and drop the fields on the right hand side to order them. You can also pin fields/column by selecting the ‘pin’ icon to the left of each field. Once saved, the columns will appear in the dashboard in the order that you configured them, and any pinned column will appear to the left of the pinned line. Dashboard Quick Submit: Quick Submit can now be configured at the dashboard level, in addition to within notifications. To configure Dashboard Quick Submit for a workflow, select the stage you would like to configure it on, and then select the new ‘Dashboard Quick Submit’ option from the stage options header bar. When configured, Dashboard Quick Submit will allow stage assignees to process a record directly from the dashboard without needing to open the form. Users can process records in bulk if all selected records were generated off the same workflow template (not version specific) and the Quick Submit Configuration is the same for all selected records. Issue: Save clears Custom HTML
