Feature Enhancements

 

Group Role Update: Delegation features have been added to group roles. When creating a group role, users can now link the role to a TAP user select field. When the group role stage is initiated, it will assign to all members of that group. When a user accesses the stage, they will have the ability to delegate an assignee based on the user they select in that linked dropdown. Once a user is selected and the form is saved, the stage will be assigned to that user and the current assignee in the dashboard column will be updated. The stage can be reassigned by changing the selection in that dropdown and saving the form again. For more information on group roles, visit our success center page here.

 

Bug Fixes

Issue: Audit trail showing latest timestamp for looped stages

Expected Result: For workflows that have looped stages, or single stages that may be submitted multiple times throughout the course of the workflow, the audit trail timestamp will display each individual instance of the stage submission and not only the last instance.

Issue:TAP unable to pull Street info from SFDC Account

Expected Result: TAP can now pull Street and Street related fields into SF search field as values that can be searched on.

Issue: Requester is not able to see the edit option in staging

Expected Result: This issue is specific to sites which are using ID as login value and have created multiple DomainAddress user profile fields. If DomainAddress fields have been added and deleted, this will not interfere with stage assigning based on user email pulled from workflow field. Stages will be assigned as expected and will match correctly to registered TAP users in the site.

Issue: Restrictive mode works only in first stage

Issue: Submit button visible for member and editor role users in colab stage

Issue: Formatting issues in documents/pdfs created in workflows

Expected Result: Document Builder and Field formatting updates. Fixes to alignment and spacing in headers/footers; page tags in headers/footers; paragraph spacing and indentation.
