Feature Enhancements

Doc Field Updates: We’ve greatly expanded the functionality of our Doc Field Type. Users can now collaborate and edit documents at the same time when using the doc field within a collaboration stage. Track changes, redlining, and commenting have all been added to further enable collaborative editing. Additional UI updates make it easier to add page breaks, tables, special characters, and other complex formatting to documents. Form Mapping for Workflow Records: Workflow Records field type can now be used in Form Mapping. This is configured in the same way as other search fields (salesforce, teamconnect, user, etc.).

Front End Generic Grid Configuration Access: Access to the Generic Grid Configuration has been enabled through the front end of TAP. A new permission to control this access has been added to the ‘Application Visibility’ section in Administration. When enabled, users will be able to access the Generic Grid Configuration page by clicking ‘Pinned Filter Setup’ under Business Automation.
