Issue: Some form fields in the Audit Trail appear in English instead of the selected language.

Resolution
The issue where some form fields appeared in English in the Audit Trail, even when the form was filled out in a different language, has been resolved. Now, if a user selects a language other than English, all form fields in the Audit will display values in the chosen language as expected.

Issue: Reminder emails scheduled for midday PT were incorrectly sent at midnight instead.

Resolution
The issue where reminder email notifications, scheduled for midday PT, were instead sent at midnight has been resolved. Now, the notifications are sent at the correct scheduled time as expected.

Issue: Exporting the grid with a filter from the dashboard fails with an error instead of downloading the report.

Resolution
The issue where an error message appeared instead of downloading the .xlsx report after selecting a filter and exporting the grid from the dashboard has been resolved. The report now downloads successfully as expected.

Issue: Saved requests do not display Request IDs or audit trail data.

The issue where saved requests did not display the Request IDs or audit trail data has been resolved. Now, the Request IDs and audit trail are properly visible for all saved requests as expected.

Issue: Column names are modified instead of matching the API, and dropdown fields show the same name for all data sources.

The issue where column names were changing, causing all dropdown fields to display the same name regardless of the selected data source, has been resolved. Now, the column names are displayed exactly as provided by the API without any modifications.

Issue: External users do not receive the expected informational notification with the .doc file and instead see a red error icon next to the "Email Info" button.

The issue where external users are expected to receive an informational notification with a .doc file that includes the text from the "Info" field has been resolved. Hence, they will receive an informational notification for the same.

Issue: Workflow initiation and notification emails are delayed and do not appear on the dashboard promptly.

Resolution
The delay in workflow initiation and notification email generation has been resolved. Going forward, delays will only occur if there are persistent issues with the tenant's configuration, credentials, or behavior. Logs can be reviewed for more details on the root cause of any delay.

The issue where the External Grid Data Source was returning incorrect ID values in TAP has been resolved. The system now correctly populates the expected information in the workflow field.

Issue: The Dashboard page is completely blank, displaying no records or data and dashboard options on the left side of the page are missing.

The issue where the Dashboard page appears completely blank, with no records, data, or dashboard options on the left side, has been resolved. The Dashboard now correctly displays all available records and options.

Issue: Uploading files in a form does not allow form submission.

Resolution
