New Features

TeamConnect values mapped in TAP: Values from TeamConnect Contact object system lookup tables will be populated in TAP drop-down fields related to phone number type, web address, etc. Also, pre-population rules can be used to populate data from these fields into text, and area fields as well.

Section-based Permissions for Stage Properties: In the Collaboration stage, a new option ‘Enable Section based Permissions’  is introduced to set the section-wise permissions according to the user roles which are Admin, Editor, and Member for Conditions, Mapping, Prepopulation, and Formulas.

Collaboration Stage Form Permissions: An admin on the collaboration stage that is in progress can update a user’s permissions from form wide to section specific, or from section specific to form-wide. A new drop-down option ‘Section Specific Role’ is added to the Collaboration Stage User Settings. 
A TAP workflow admin can configure the collaboration stage to have both stage-wide and section-specific permissions. 
A new Permissions tab is populated when the ‘Enable Section based Permissions’ check box is selected.

Track Changes in Documents: For a document added to the form, changes can be tracked. Two new options ‘Track Changes by Default’ check box and the ‘Track Changes Permission’ drop-down are introduced in the Editor Settings section.

Issue: We are not able to view history or download the file having more than 2 dots and &s in the file name from signature repository.
