New Features

Collaboration Stage Updates: We've added the ability to invite non-registered users into a collaboration stage through either stage configuration or tagging their email address in a comment. We've also updated the discussion tab to allow comment threading, as well as given admin control over how many characters are allowed per comment. Collaboration stage notifications have been updated to allow both form values and attachments to be added. For more information on the TAP Collaboration Stage, see the success center page here.

Document Field Updates: Document field now has the ability to view source for the html content that is added. Additionally, more options for image and table embedding have been added. Find and Replace has also been added as an option when creating and editing content in the document field.

Updated Save Values in Audit Log: Values that are saved during the course of a normal stage are now recorded in the audit log. This is similar to how collaboration stage saves work, but has been added to non-collab stages as well. You will now be able to see the values present at each save state in the audit log, instead of only seeing values present when the stage was submitted.

Increased file size through API: Up to 1GB of files can now be sent to a TAP workflow through the API. Normal file size restrictions still apply for individual upload and multi upload fields.

Option for Merging Docs: Users can now decide whether to merge documents or not when using the ‘Send without eSignature’ functionality. A new checkbox has been added allowing a user to turn off document merging when sending documents this way.

Date/Time Stamp for Docs: Date and Time info will now display for a document in the attachments section of the TAP record. This will show the date and time that the document was first created or uploaded to the record.

Set Role/Department Through SSO: Clients using SSO can now set a user’s Role and Department through SAML attributes. To configure this, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
