The Home Page Templates component allows an administrator to map a user group to a home page template user so that the content of the user’s home page is propagated to all other users in the user group. Additionally, users are restricted from making changes to their home pages by this component. A new security attribute, Home Page Template Override, can be granted for eCounsel and/or Secretariat to allow a user to add tabs and widgets to his/her own home page.
