Adding an Agent to a Jurisdiction

Secretariat allows you to track contact information for an agent association with a jurisdiction.

To Add an Agent to a Jurisdiction:

  1. Open the Jurisdictions module and add a new jurisdiction or edit a jurisdiction record.
  2. In the Jurisdictions Edit Mode, click on the Agents tab.
  3. Click the New button.

  4. Click the þÿ button next to the Agent Name text box to select an entity or person from the Entities List page.

  5. Enter other information as needed.
  6. Click Save.
