Adding Division Members

Secretariat tracks division member information for all entities with an entity type of Division.

To Add Division Members:

  1. Open the Entities module and add a new entity or edit an entity record.
  2. In the Entities Edit Mode, click the Division Members tab.
  3. Click the New button.

  4. Click the þÿ button next to the Name text box and select an entity from the list.

  5. Continue entering information directly into the fields or select dates from the popup calendar.
  6. Click Save.
