Appointments

With the Mitratech Office Link Outlook Add-in Calendar function, you can view and modify eCounsel and Secretariat appointments and tasks in Microsoft Outlook without having to open eCounsel or Secretariat. Appointments are synced between the applications:

  • When a user creates or updates an appointment in Suite, the appointment appears in Microsoft Outlook for invitees and users with the appropriate permissions.
  • When a user creates or updates an appointment in Outlook and shares it with Suite, the appointment appears in Suite for invitees and users with the appropriate permissions.

Mitratech Office Link only loads a certain number of historical calendar events into Outlook. This number is configured in Suite Manager and ranges from 0 to 10 days.
