Accept or Reject a Request

Here are the steps for accepting or rejecting a request.
  1. Click the Pending button at the top of the list of requests. You can still accept a request from the All list.

  1. Select a request by clicking on the request name or number.

      The request information displays below the list.

  1. To reject the request, click Reject.
    1. Type your reason for rejection, then click Submit Rejection.
  2. To accept the request, click Create Matter.
    1. After clicking Create Matter, follow all required steps as stated in Add New Matter.
