This article will guide you on how to delete the credit/escrow amount from an invoice.

Delete Credit/Escrow Amount

 

Go to the invoice and select 'Credit/Escrow' from the left menu.

Click on the 'Add to Credit/Escrow' button.

Enter in the negative value to zero out the amount and hit 'Save.'
