Issue: An error message is displayed when attempting to upload rates for an existing timekeeper via "Upload Timekeeper with Rates" feature.
Description: When you try to assign an existing timekeeper to a new client and a new office within a multi office firm, where clients require rates for timekeeper submission, an Invalid Timekeeper code error message is displayed on the rates page, impeding the successful completion of the upload process.
