Improvement: Email Notifications from Collaborati should not reference support emails instead should allow the clients to submit Case Form.
- Customers must fill the Case Form for any kind of assistance from Mitratech Support. A link to Submit Case Form is included in all the email notifications from Collaborati to create a NEW case for providing seamless service to the customers.
- Email to email@example.com OR firstname.lastname@example.org in order to create a NEW case is no longer supported. For all the existing open cases, customer(s) can still email to communicate with Mitratech Support till the case is closed.
