Improvement: Email Notifications from Collaborati should not reference support emails instead should allow the clients to submit Case Form.

  • Customers must fill the Case Form for any kind of assistance from Mitratech Support. A link to Submit Case Form is included in all the email notifications from Collaborati to create a NEW case for providing seamless service to the customers.
  • Email to OR in order to create a NEW case is no longer supported. For all the existing open cases, customer(s) can still email to communicate with Mitratech Support till the case is closed.

Fixed bugs

Issue: Collaborati script breaks if we enable LEDES File Archiving when there are more than 1000 vendors.
