This video will help guide users on how to change their password after clicking the Forgot User ID or Password link.  For written instructions on this process, see How to Reset your Password

Note: Acuity released new UI branding in 2023.  The content in this video still applies, but you will observe the colors are different, i.e. green vs. blue. Additionally, Acuity added the option to Log in with your email address if you do not know your User ID
