Enhancements

Improved VRA (Vendor Risk Assessment) IMR (Initial Manual Rating) Expiration and Labeling for 5-Tier Risk 

The VRA IMR risk labels will now match the custom 5-tier Risk labels set in the system. There should be no change in 3-Tier risk systems. 

The Contract Abstract screen will show two (2) new links to the right of the VRA IMR field; New Manual Rating and Remove Manual Rating. 

• The New Manual Rating link will open a pop-up menu with the following options: 
  • Residual Risk Rating – A drop-down menu will show the current VRA labels from highest to lowest risk. 
  • VRA Completion Date – Select the completion date for the VRA IMR. By default, the date is the IMR Setting Date. 
• The Remove Manual Rating link will update the following fields: 
  • VRA IMR from “Yes” to “No”. 
  • Vendor Residual Risk Rating will be populated with “Not Rated”. 
  • VRA Status will change to “Pending”. 
  • The Risk Assessment Date will change to “N/A”. 
  • The Risk Assessment Expiration will change to “N/A”.

Geographic Mapping Locations Report 

• The standard Geographic Mapping Locations report located under Reports & Analysis has been updated for better sorting capabilities. 
• Columns have been broken out and new columns added. Columns added include the Location Name, Location Type, and a separate Fourth Party Name column.
