Enhancements:

Improved Questionnaire Functionality

Users with Vendor Management Officers (VMO) access are now able to configure more flexible and user-friendly Vendor Questionnaires, including the following improvements:

• Allowing a draft version of a Questionnaire to be maintained without impacting the published version of the Questionnaire being distributed.
• A WYSIWYG view to see real-time updates to the Questionnaire based on its configuration.
• Question-level help text that can be configured to guide users on the correct completion of Questionnaires.
• The ability to configure File Upload and Free Form answers is optional.
• Conditionality logic to show/hide Questionnaire sections based on other question responses.
• Drag-and-drop functionality for reordering elements within Questionnaires.
• The ability to assign static numbers to questions and display that question number throughout the system.
• Providing a new answer type for Multi-Select multiple-choice questions.
• Providing a new answer type for uploading multiple files.

Archived Documents Report

There is a new standard report in VendorInsight that can list the following document types in a report that can be downloaded in Excel file format:

• Vendor-Level Documents
• Contract-Level Documents, including archived Contract Abstracts
• VRAs, VPSs, and VRPs
• Fourth Party-Level Documents
• Policies & Forms

A user can apply Document Level, Archive Date Range, or Vendor Name filters to get more specific report results. If the filtered result set is more than 1,000 records, the report results will be sent via email.
