The key highlights of this release include:
- Consolidated Risk Scores report for a unified view of vendor risk data
- Vendor Risk Assessment (VRA) download without notes configuration
Consolidated Risk Scores Report for a Unified View of Vendor Risk Data
A new Consolidated Risk Scores report has been added to the “Vendor” section under “Reports & Analysis”, providing users with a comprehensive view of vendor risk data. The report includes key details such as Vendor Name, Contract Name, Contract Description, Critical Vendor Status, Residual Risk Rating, All Raw Scores, and All BIA Scores. Any missing or non-applicable scores are displayed as “NA”.
Users can download the report in Excel format by clicking the Retrieve Risk Report (.xlsx) button.
VRA Download Without Notes Configuration
To allow users to include or exclude notes in distributed VRA reports, a new Back Office configuration toggle called Enable VRA download without notes has been introduced. When enabled, clicking “View/Print PDF” on the Vendor Risk Assessment View and Finish page displays a Download VRA popup that allows users to select downloading the report with notes or without notes. This configuration is managed per client, is disabled by default, and must be enabled by Client Services upon request.
