Ask first if the client (Tracker's client) intends to share the information with their clients (i.e. the companies that Tracker's client provides legal services to). If the client intends to share the information with their clients, we need a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) signed by each client with which the information will be shared. Our clients are not allowed to distribute confidential information outside of their company. If our client intends to distribute the information to their clients directly, we need an MNDA with each of their clients.
