What does Last Step Completed mean?

Last Step Completed displays the last step based on its completed date. For example, if you create a process and completed 'Step A' on 05/31/2019, then you complete 'Step B' but back-date the completion date to 01/31/2019, The Last Step Completed will be 'Step A' with a completion date of 05/31/2019.
