Spouse Issue : Users not able to open any existing process or open a new process for an individual.

 The issue generally happens when the spouse relationship is not correctly attached in the Family section of the individual record. In some cases, Duplicate entry for spouse is attached to the individual and sometimes spouse is attached one time only but somehow the hero card of the individual record show spouse as 'blank'. Resolution for both scanrios would be to detach all the spouse entries for the individual and reattach again. Extra care needs to be taken if the database has duplicate records for the spouse. We need to make sure correct record is attached.
