How do I resend the activation link to a portal user?
Portal Access Pending
If portal access for the user is pending, as a tenant user, you can resend the email if needed.
- Modern Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Portal Access icon or select Portal Access from the More Actions menu. Click Send.
- Classic Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Access-Pending link. Click Send.
- For individuals, another option is to click Reactivate Link under the Portal tab. Click Send.
- For organization contacts, another option is to click the Portal Access link. Click Send.
This will resend an email to the portal user with a link to activate the account.
Portal Access Expired
If portal access for the user is expired, as a tenant user, you can reset the portal user's access and resend the email.
- Modern Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Portal Access icon or select Portal Access from the More Actions menu. Click Yes.
- Classic Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Access-Expired link. Click Yes.
- For individuals, another option is to click Reactivate Link under the Portal tab. Click Yes.
- For organization contacts, another option is to click the Portal Access link. Click Yes.
This will resend an email to the portal user with a link to activate the account.
Portal Access Disabled
If portal access for the user is disabled, as a tenant user, you can enable portal access.
- Modern Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Portal Access icon or select Enable Portal from the More Actions menu. Click Create.
- Classic Interface: Go to the portal user. Click on the Access-Disabled link. Click Create.
This will send an email to the portal user with a link to create the account.
