Does a portal access password expire?

The default maximum lifespan of a password is 120 days.

As a tenant user, you can edit this in the Manage Password Strength Requirements page.

Modern Interface: Settings > Password Strength Options under Tenant Settings > Lockout and Expiration
Classic Interface: Options > Password Strength Options under Manage Tenant Settings > Expirations Options

If the old password is expired, the portal user will be prompted to change the password after logging in using the old password.
